Ijeoma Ejimadu

Ijeoma is an engineer, economic development advocate, and creative problem solver. She is an experienced leader with technical, project, and program management experience with 7+ years of solving challenging engineering problems. She is interested in supporting impact-focused African startups with the capital and growth support they need to excel. Ijeoma is the founder of Ivery Arie, a non-profit organization that helps African women succeed as entrepreneurs by providing mentorship, resources, and education. As a process engineer at Chevron, she optimized the powdered activated carbon (PAC) system for wastewater treatment resulting in a 50% reduction in usage and $900M in annual savings. She has also worked with other companies such as DuPont, BASF, and Cargill.
