Ijeoma is the founder of Ivery Arie, a non-profit organization that helps African women succeed as entrepreneurs by providing mentorship, resources, and education. As a process engineer at Chevron, she optimized the powdered activated carbon (PAC) system for wastewater treatment resulting in a 50% reduction in usage and $900M in annual savings. She has also worked with other companies such as DuPont, BASF, and Cargill.
