Tendai is passionate about supporting the proliferation of high-growth start-ups and their innovations across the African continent. Before his current role, he worked for the World Bank as a Senior Management Consultant as well as in the Financial sector as the Retail Segments Manager and a SME Banker amongst other roles. He has additional entrepreneurial expertise from a number of ventures he has set up, including a fintech startup.
