Thibaut is a Kigali-based ecosystem builder and operations strategist, currently serving as the Operations & Community Lead at the Rwanda Build Program. In this role, he supports the development of tech startups and has played a key part in initiatives like 912Rwanda, an emergency response platform developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Health.
